Submission Guidelines & FAQ

  • 1. Originality & Exclusivity

    All submissions must be original and unpublished. Content must not be shared with or submitted to any other publication, institution, or platform. Maximum plagiarism allowed: 20%. Submissions exceeding this limit will be rejected.

  • 2. Alignment & Relevance

    Submissions should relate to PJ&RI’s mission of justice and rights, including legal research, social justice, human rights, gender equality, minority rights, child protection, rule of law, or other related fields. All types of research and content are accepted as long as they align with the mission.

  • 3. Language & Style

    Use clear, concise, and professional language, even when explaining complex topics. Maintain coherence with a clear beginning, middle, and end. Submissions should convey a meaningful insight or message for readers.

  • 4. References & Data

    All submissions must include proper references for data, quotes, and sources. Use reputable and verifiable sources (academic journals, books, reports, government publications, or credible news sources). AI-generated content must not exceed 20% of the submission. Any AI use must be clearly disclosed in the submission.

  • 5. Visuals

    Visuals (infographics, original illustrations, photos) are welcome. All visuals must be self-produced or copyright-free.

  • 6. Formatting

    Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (body text). Headings: 14–16 pt. Spacing: 1.5. File format: PDF only.

    Feature Article / Legal Analysis: 1000–1200 words
    Opinion / Op-Ed: 800–1000 words
    Explainer: 800–1000 words
    Case Study / Profile: 800–1000 words
    Other Research & Submissions: 800–1200 words (unless otherwise specified)

  • 8. Ethical Standards

    Compliance with research ethics is mandatory. Human subject research requires prior IRB approval. Proper source attribution is required for all data, quotes, and references. Plagiarism >20% or AI-generated content >20% will lead to rejection.
